Bob comes to Fulham following nine years as CEO of Occam Networks, Inc., growing the company from start-up status to $100M+ in less than 6 years. Howard-Anderson has an extensive history of technology management and successful mergers and acquisitions."The Board has been exceedingly pleased over the past eight months with the progress that Fulham's Office of the President has made during our search for an ideal new CEO.
