Semicon-Optronics unveils new LED lamp with Cree XLamps

Date Announced: 16 Nov 2005 Semicon-Optronics Channel Corp. of Taiwan has released the AL22-6-S LED lamp, incorporating six Cree XLamp 7090 (1-watt) high power LEDs.The white lamp has an efficacy of 50 lm/watt, and consumes 6 W. The XLamp devices are connected in series.
