Montréal, Québec, Canada, January 7, 2021 – Sollum Technologies is excited to announce that Mr. Claude Dulude will be joining its board of directors. He is also be a member of the audit committee.

Mr. Dulude notably held executive positions at Deloitte, Investissement Québec and the Laurentian Bank. He has been the president and CEO of Nutrigroupe since 2014. Mr. Dulude was also a member of the board of directors of Egg Farmers of Canada as the representative elected by the members of the Canadian Poultry and Egg Processors Council. He has been member of the board of directors of Processia Solutions since 2016 and today, is also chairman of the board.
