Inventronics Notification Regarding Impact of Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV)
Our Hangzhou, China campus opened for remote working on February 3rd and to all employees on February 18th.  All functions in this location are fully operational.  Our Tonglu, China manufacturing campus opened on February 14th.  The factory has been ramping capacity since that time and is now back to normalized run rates.  It is expected that at the current output, we will reduce outstanding backlog by mid-April.

The situation in China has steadily improved but remains challenging.  The global logistics network is currently stressed and Inventronics is experiencing cost increases.  We are trying to minimize the impact to customers including absorbing these costs.  In addition to logistics concerns, we are watching closely semiconductor availability and costs.  There have been temporary factory closings in Europe and Southeast Asia which may disrupt supply chain.

Our Indian manufacturing center and offices were notified last week that the government has required facility closure through March 31st.  The Indian factory will be closed while sales and support functions will operate remotely.  Our other global offices including our North American distribution center and European distribution center remain open.

The situation remains fluid and we will continue to monitor globally.  Inventronics will adhere to our core objectives of ensuring the safety of our employees, compliance with local regulations and minimizing the impact to our customers.

We appreciate the support and patience of our customers during this challenging period.
