Ontario, CA – Optec LED Lighting updated the OLA1 area luminaire to include Inventronics’® 10-year driver, optional Synapse® wireless mesh network and a type 5 distribution.
The OLA1 series is a stylish architectural area luminaire that fits within todays accepted design form factors. Excellent optical performance is achieved with Lumileds® LEDs and engineered discrete optics. LED life is assured through efficient thermal coupling and dissipation via a durable, pressure die cast, low-copper alloy, aluminum housing. Engineered to last, all gaskets are anti-UV, anti-aging with no harmful out-gassing. All models come standard with a universal pole mount bracket or an optional wall surface box.
“When we looked to enhance the OLA1 series, the engineers listened to the issues that are important to building owners and operators, as well as electrical contractors,” said Jeff Gatzow, vice president Optec LED Lighting. “In order to provide a true 10-year fixture warranty, it is necessary to provide a driver that is designed and warranted to last 10-years,” continued Gatzow.
The DLC® Premium luminaire comes in a wide array of lumen packages, ranging from 11,800 (80W) to 47,500 (360W), correlated color temperatures of 3,000K, 4000K and 5000K, and standard 10kV surge suppressor. Additional option includes Lagrand® WattStopper® passive infrared occupancy sensor.
