“TLG is growing to become one of the largest privately held lighting groups in North America, comprising of niche brands focused on design, innovation and function. This acquisition represents the next logical step in our corporate progression,” commented Mr. Fabi. As part of The Luminaires Group team, Luminis will benefit from the strengths of a dynamic team that shares the same core values of innovation, performance and quality.
