Kit Safely Installs in Less than Four Minutes
Lighting leader Osram Sylvania is launching the first-to-market, lightweight, easy to install Sylvania LED Troffer Retrofit Kit which is phase-cut dimmable on both 120V and 277V, providing dimming capabilities in existing applications where it wasn’t an option. It safely installs in less than four minutes with no risk of electric shock because of the direct line voltage. The Universal input voltage kit also eliminates any ballast incompatibility issues by bypassing existing ballasts. This, and other lighting innovations from Osram Sylvania, were recently displayed at LightFair International 2016, the world’s largest annual architectural and commercial lighting trade show and conference in San Diego, California from April 26 – 28, 2016.

The Sylvania LED Troffer Retrofit Kit is available in a 2x2 foot version that delivers 3000 or 3200 lumens via 27W or 29W, and a 2x4 foot version that delivers 3200 or 4850 lumens via 29W or 44W. It has an 80+ CRI and >0.9 power factor with a 120° beam angle, is available in 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K, and has a rated life of 50,000 hours (L70). Efficacy is up to 111 lumens per watt and it is DLC listed.
