NACTUS IP Optical System. Ready-to-use optical panel available in multi-lens arrays, from 12 to 24 – 36 – 48 optics, IP protected rating IP65. Equipped with a silicone gasket placed in the special groove all around the perimeter edge of the panel, ensures protection against powder and water penetration. NACTUS IP panels are totally clear fine-frosted finish. The side-pocket for the cables entrance is also a benchmark for the correct positioning of the panel during the mounting operation. Designed for Power LEDs from 100 l/W to 300l/W, the optics forming Nactus are the core of the product. By acting on them while each module is injected, it is virtually possible to customize any application. NACTUS IP is approved according to EN 62471:2010 Standard for photobiological safety of lamps and lamp systems. Patent Pending.LYRA Optical Reflectors. Specific for HB COB LEDs, the PCHT from which the reflectors are made, the aluminum coating in vacuum plant and the protective layer, allow to perform a working temperature up to 180° and a lighting efficiency over 85%. The assembly is by means of adaptors customized for the individual models of COB LEDs, allowing an immediate easy assembling of the reflector by a simple twist & lock system: first the adaptor is fixed onto the COB LED module while the reflector is then fixed by simply twisting and locking it onto the adaptor. No soldering, no gluing. Also, the adaptors allow for the interchangeability of the LYRA reflector models on the same LED source. Fit for any application in wide area lighting. They comply with Zhaga standards.PIXEL Reflector System. Ready-to-use multi-reflectors array, from 12 to 24 – 36 - 48 - 60 square-shaped reflectors; for any applications in Wide Area Lighting, Indoor, Outdoor; Architectural Lighting; Billbord Lighting. Made of PC for vacuum coating treatment; fit for High Brightness LEDs from 100 to 900 lumens and over; perform a square shaped beam.
