EMS provider EMLinQ LLC enhances LED assembly capabilities with new high-speed SMT line

Simi Valley, CA - EMLinQ LLC is proud to announce the purchase of a new high speed SMT line comprised of 2 Yamaha/Hitachi Sigma-G5S Surface Mounters and an EKRA SERIO 4000 Screen Printer to enhance its LED assembly services. EMLinQ’s top of the line SMT machines are currently placing over 2.5 million LEDs a month at its facility in Southern California. Our production floor has extensive LED assembly experience with the main LED manufacturers including: Cree, Osram, and Seoul among others. EMLinQ is also certified by Philips Lumileds Company LLC to place their LUXEON T LED.

In addition to our 4 SMT lines, EMLinQ uses a PEMTRON TROI-7700HL Color 2D+3D Solder Paste Inspection machine, and has a large nozzle library (standard and customized) of various dome sizes and footprints to ensure quality LED placement.
