Emeryville, CA -- Elemental LED, Inc. announced the launch of the EQUIFLUX Display Graphics Lighting System, a specialized LED solution for tension fabric displays and back-illuminated hollow core frame displays (retail display systems, light boxes, and aluminum extrusion systems). The EQUIFLUX LED Display Graphics Lighting System was specifically designed and engineered by Elemental LED to provide the highest quality center illumination for display graphics with all the inherent benefits of LED technology.

The EQUIFLUX LED Display Graphics Lighting System is a high-powered LED linear light mounted on rigid metal PCB that provides bright, even, cohesive lighting for retail and trade show display graphics. The EQUIFLUX fixture has two custom fan optic options. The EQUIFLUX 1055 has a 10 degree by 55 degree optical LED array, and the EQUIFLUX 1545 has a 15 degree by 45 degree optical LED array. Both are specifically designed to produce uniform illumination without hot spots or shadows. The bright, evenly distributed light renders whites cleanly and colors vividly.
The optical lens directs the light in intersecting parallel beams that create a column of consistent illumination. Each LED is covered by a specialized optical lens that creates an optimized elliptical light throw that maximizes the lumen output and coverage. The 10 or 15 degree beam angles maximize the vertical light throw to provide light within a narrow framework, while the 45 or 55 degree beam angles maximize the spread for overall side-to-side coverage. The result is an ultra-bright uniform distribution of light designed specifically for narrow display frameworks.
LED lighting is ideal for illuminating display graphics. LEDs are more durable, cost-effective, and reliable than other display graphics lighting. LEDs produce no UV light that can damage or fade graphics and the superior lifespan of the LEDs significantly reduce maintenance costs. EQUIFLUX delivers superior lighting using only 9 watts per foot. The low profile LED arrays and cool operating temperatures increase the options for placement and eliminate the need for ventilation. The lightweight bar mounts directly to extruded aluminum and other narrow display frame systems using the slot-mounted compression screws.
