Welcome to LEDs Magazine’s News & Insights for Dec. 20, 2023. Well, our annual Top 20 stories wrap-up is finally here! In conversation with publisher Janice Oliva this morning, I noted that lots of different media outlets publish top content lists but it’s rare that I see any additional observations or analysis brought to the table. This is not to pat my own back. I simply don’t want to rehash content for the sake of a visitor click as I don’t think that experience is valuable to you, the reader. Your time is important and we want to deliver something that brings context to the happenings of the year.

With that out of the way, I’m going to remind you that the BrightStar Awards program remains open until January 26, 2024, but the discounted entry rate disappears after Dec. 29. Take advantage while you can and complete your awards entry to let us know what achievements you deem worthy of recognition in 2024.

To one and all, I wish you peace and joy, comfort, and a renewed spirit to make the best of 2024.
