Farnell will stock IST’s iDrive Lite and soon-to-be-released iDrive 1000 driver. The iDrive Lite will be featured in Farnell’s European and Asian printed and online catalogues, and will be available for purchase directly from Farnell in the coming days. The iDrive 1000 will be launched in June and expected to be available from Farnell in August.
IST produces high efficiency LED drivers for the solid-state lighting sector based upon its considerable patent portfolio including unique energy-saving technologies enabling high power drivers to achieve in excess of 88% efficiency.
The iDrive Lite LED driver includes a cost effective DMX enabled driver incorporating full electronic and thermal management with a simple user interface, allowing users to plug-and-play straight from the box. The iDrive range enables integrators and fixture manufacturers to minimize time-to-market with high reliability drivers and increased functionality.

Ideally suited for architectural, entertainment and industrial lighting applications, IST provides LED drivers and lighting solutions throughout the visible spectrum in single colour white, variable white and full colour changing RGB options.
The iDrive Lite can drive high power LED fixtures up to a maximum current of 350mA and fixtures with a total power requirement of 55 Watts. The iDrive 1000 will be a variable forward current driver with independent settings for all three channels of 500mA, 700mA and 1000mA.
