OSRAM Opto Semiconductors will showcase its LEDs in a number of applications and installations and will feature several key customers in the booth to include MODA LIGHT, Phoster Industries, Evonik Industries and LEDnovation, at booth #833 on the trade show floor.One of the highlights of OSRAM‘s display will be the OSLON SSL in both standard and wide angle versions. The power duo with sophisticated radiation patterns, the OSLON SSL packages are highly compact, high efficiency and high power light sources ideal for a wide range of applications, including retrofit lamps and fixtures, spot and down lights, street and outdoor area lighting, task and accent lighting and flashlights. The industry’s smallest 1W power package, the OSLON SSL is available in an 80° configuration for easy coupling into lens type secondary optics, and a 150° configuration for shallow reflector optical design.Also on display will be the Golden DRAGON Plus 660 nm Hyper Red, an ideal LED solution for horticultural lighting, algae breeding and photochemical processes. Among the most efficient light sources and available in the deep red range, the Golden DRAGON Plus can provide between 50-80 percent energy savings for horticultural applications when compared to high pressure sodium lamps. Additionally, LED technology enables intelligent control of the spectral composition, helping to make the Golden DRAGON Plus a perfect solution for multilayer applications and greenhouse inter-lighting and ceiling lighting. The 660nm Hyper Red is also available in the OSLON SSL package.For design and effect illumination, OSRAM Opto Semiconductors will be showcasing its high color rendering index (CRI) LED Products. Available in a wide range of correlated color temperatures, (2700k to 4000K) and in the OSLON SSL and OSRAM OSTAR Lighting Plus packages, the High CRI LED products provide superior color rendering for color critical applications such as accent lights, downlights, retrofits, spot lights and task lights.Additionally, OSRAM Opto Semiconductors will feature its OSRAM OSTAR Lighting Plus, the small 5W power LED and an ideal solution for halogen replacement lamps. The OSRAM OSTAR Lighting Plus offers brilliant light intensity in a compact package, featuring a 140° beam angle ideal for secondary reflector optics and luminous flux of 365 lm at 350mA (3000K).
