(Nasdaq:VECO) announced today that Shanghai Epilight Technology Co., Ltd placed a large multi-tool order for Veeco TurboDisc® K465i™ Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) systems during the fourth quarter of 2010.
