These new cutting-edge, patent-pending photonic instruments provide power measurements from 10 pW to 40 W, using photodiode detectors, and are capable of pulsed measurements up to 20 kHz, which is an order of magnitude higher than other commercially available products."When Newport unveiled our new 1935-C power and optical meter family last January at Photonics West, we introduced the flagship instrument to the laser and photonic industry. The meters are able to store up to 250,000 data points internally, with a USB based external flash memory to expand this memory capability. Designed to provide ease-of-use, they use a menu-driven interface with soft keys and help functions. A large full color TFT LCD display allows excellent visibility of all instrument settings and measurement data.
