Date Announced: 05 Oct 2006 Aachen, Germany - AIXTRON AG is pleased to announce the receipt of an order for an AIX 2600G3 HT mass production MOCVD system from SemiLEDs (Semi-Photonics), Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan.The AIX 2600G3 HT system, with a 24x2-inch configured reactor, will be installed alongside SemiLEDs' several other existing AIXTRON reactors. It will provide additional production capacity for SemiLEDs’ unique high performance vertical GaN-based LEDs.
