Ltd., has ordered a Thomas Swan 30x2 inch CRIUS MOCVD-system in the first quarter of 2006.The Thomas Swan 30x2" CRIUS MOCVD-system will be used for the mass production of gallium nitride based high brightness LEDs and will be installed at EpiValley’s state of the art facility in Kwangju City, South Korea.One of the most successful start-up companies in South Korea, EpiValley Co. Ltd., supplies its high quality LED chips and wafers to numerous fast-growing LED companies in South Korea and Taiwan.A spokesman of EpiValley comments: “Having already expanded capacity for LEDs and related products, the market demand now requires us to add further capacity.
