Daktronics Helps Improve Fan Experience at 19 Colleges This Fall

Providing event production for 41 early season college football games

BROOKINGS, S.D. – Aug. 31, 2015 – With college football season almost ready to kick off, a total of 19 colleges and universities across the nation turned to Daktronics (NASDAQ-DAKT) of Brookings, South Dakota, to improve their live game-day experience by installing a combined total of 37 new LED video displays for a combined total of more than 40,000 square feet at their football stadiums. Daktronics personnel will be on site to provide live event production for 41 college football games during the first two weeks of September.

Bringing the video displays to life, Daktronics Creative Services, an award-winning in-house creative team, has created content for many of these teams in addition to other new and long-term customers, to date. Team introduction videos, crowd prompts, headshots, interactive fan games, sponsorship messages and more have been produced and delivered to help the displays inform and entertain fans on game day.

Auburn University home games will be impacted in a big way as they debut the largest LED video display in all of college football at a total of more than 10,800 square feet.
