Espen Technology has expanded its line of replacement LED tubes with 5’, 6’, and 8’ versions in Slimline, HO, and VHO models. These lamps are part of the RetroFlex family of LED direct replacement solutions for F60, F72, and F96 T8 and T12 fluorescent lamps.

"The new Retroflex Slimline, HO, and VHO lamps are ideal for refrigeration, sign, and warehouse applications." said John Clancy, VP of Sales at Espen. Clancy added, "The 5’ and 6’ are in high demand for refrigeration, and require a standard electronic ballast. This simplifies installation.”
This expanded line of specialty LED tubes don’t require any rewiring and work with a new electronic ballast, changed at the time of tube installation. This allows for a convenient and quick retrofit. The 8 ft Slimline and HO lamps both run on a 2X59 Instant Start electronic T8 Fluorescent ballast. The 5 and 6 ft lamps run on a simple F32T8 Instant Start Electronic ballast. Espen’s Slimline, HO, and VHO lamps utilize the existing FA8 or R17d sockets, and are compatible with controls and sensors. The real glass tube provides superior optical performance and an extra-wide beam angle of 325 degrees.
