A smart LED lamp that can be controlled by touch or wirelessly via app or home controller

ATLANTA -- Sengled, a global innovator bringing bright new ideas to the lighting industry, announced its newest smart lamp product: the Element Touch. Element Touch is an LED lamp that can be controlled by the customer at the touch of a button, as well as wirelessly through an app or home controller. It recently became one of the connected home devices certified by Icontrol Networks, and is a Works with SmartThings™ enabled platform, meaning Element Touch can interact with other devices in the Icontrol and Samsung SmartThings ecosystems.

Element Touch is an A19 smart LED lamp that provides 800 lumens of light, which is equivalent to a 60W incandescent bulb, and 9.8W max of power. It will last approximately 22 years and offers warm white to daylight colors; the color temperature adjusts from warm to cool as brightness level increases. Unlike a typical LED lamp, Element Touch can easily be controlled and adjusted with a button on the smart lamp itself. It can also be turned on/off and dimmed via an app or compatible home control and security system. Element Touch will not flicker when connected to and controlled by a majority of existing wall dimmers/switches.

"Sengled's Element Touch is the lighting component of the smart home," said Alex Ruan, General Manager of Sengled USA. "It works like a regular light bulb with the convenience of local and wireless control, measurement of power consumption, and the integration with third party devices via smart home hubs."

Customers can simply add Element Touch LED lamps to a compatible home controller or security system that supports HA1.2, such as Icontrol, PEQ and Samsung SmartThings platforms, to control lighting schedules, rules, and more. Element Touch can measure and display real time electricity usage so homeowners can always stay on top of their power consumption. It has never been easier for homeowners to gain complete control over a smart home lighting system.

Element Touch is the latest product from Sengled that delivers a better, smarter approach to lightbulbs. The company is revolutionizing the lighting industry with smart lamps that transform houses into connected homes. Element Touch joins Sengled's award-winning lineup of products, including Pulse, which combines an LED lamp with high-quality JBL Bluetooth speakers, Snap, which combines a wireless HD camera with an LED lamp for outdoor monitoring, and Boost, an LED lamp with WiFi repeater imbedded to increase Internet connection.
