A.L.P. Lighting Components announces the hiring of Don Gaither as Product Manager – Metals. Don brings nearly 30 years of product management and business development experience to his new role, with the last 15 years specializing in channel management for the lighting industry.
Don is responsible for optimizing sales in A.L.P.’s Metals business unit, including Steel Craft brand components and fixture kits. He will lead the new product development process, conducting industry and competitive analysis, introducing new products and line extensions, and adding new or improved services. Further, Don’s experience with integrated LED solutions will be leveraged to meet current and future customer requirements.
Don’s diverse background includes product development, sales and marketing positions with Havells USA, Evolution Lighting, ETI SSL and Technical Consumer Products (TCP).
