HQ Guangzhou, Tianxin Photoelectric (Tyanshine as trademark) recently released its 15W RGBW packaged LEDs.
The product design is intended to enhance the effect of color-mixing and brightness of packaged LEDs for entertainment lighting. The new 15W RGBW multi-color packaged LEDs (9090 series) is an upgraded series based on high-power SMD LED package technology and vertical chip eutectic bonding for excellent heat conductivity.
