The family of products features excellent thermal conductivity, a 110-degree beam angle and a wide range of wavelengths from 405 nm to 870 nm. The six new devices are available in varying wavelengths with typical peak wavelengths of 405, 470, 525, 610, 830 and 870 nm, respectively. Customized 99 Die LEDs that feature wider (higher) temperature ranges are also available through Opto Diodes’ U. S.-based facility. Storage and operating temperatures range from -55 degrees to 100 degrees C with a maximum junction temperature of 100 degrees C and a thermal resistance J-C parameter of 3 degrees C/W, typical.
