Macroblock awarded Certificate of Corporate Governance System from Taiwan CGA

Macroblock has been awarded the Certificate of Corporate Governance System CG6004 from the Taiwan Corporate Governance Association (TCGA). TCGA cooperates with the Taiwan Stock Exchange to diminish the risks of investment, increase the transparency of market information, as well as reassure the prosperity of the capital market in Taiwan.

To build a better investment environment in Taiwan, TCGA has continuously given special awards of Corporate Governance System to the certified companies to accredit their business value and competition competency since 2004.

Certified with the Corporate Governance System CG6004 among the first 29 OTC-listed companies, Macroblock will continuously enhance the corporate accountability and creation of wealth to maximize shareholder value as the long-term goal.
