EpiLEDs Technologies orders further Aixtron LED machines

Aachen/Germany -– AIXTRON AG announced today an order from EpiLEDs
Technologies, Inc. for four CRIUS® systems each with 31x2 inch capacity.

EpiLEDs Technologies, located in Taiwan, is a leading manufacturer of Ultra High Brightness (UHB) LEDs.
