Bridgelux chooses Aixtron multiwafer CRIUS® tools for GaN LEDs expansion Date Announced: 05 May 2008 Aachen/Germany – AIXTRON AG is pleased to announce an order from Bridgelux for two Close Coupled Showerhead® CRIUS® systems each with 31x2-inch capacity. Bridgelux, located in Sunnyvale, CA, USA, will use the system for the development and volume production of AlInGaN-based high power LEDs.
