Labsphere and SphereOptics, two companies that are well-known US-based suppliers of LED test and measurement equipment, will now operate as a single company based in North Sutton, NH. SphereOptics is headquartered in Concord, NH. Details of the acquisition were not provided.
Kevin Chittim, President of Labsphere, Inc. said that customers could look forward to "a broader and deeper range of products" and that the company would be "a financially strong partner with a long-term strategy for growth."
Chittim added that company consolidation will be a gradual process, with no disruption to customer service.
