Job Description and Requirements:
Enfis is a major player in the high-power Solid State Lighting market. With a truly unique product offering together with an impressive client portfolio within the UK and worldwide they require an additional Sales Manager to help develop their rapidly growing business.
Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing you will:-
- Enhance the existing client base whilst penetrating new companies
- Develop account strategies around targeted companies/partners
- Maximise sales to both end-user companies within the lighting sector and through dealer channels worldwide
- Take qualified leads and convert to volume sales
- Monitor market/competitor activity, taking action to achieve financial targets and providing useful information for ongoing product development.
You will be a highly motivated, dynamic individual, who enjoys taking a "hands on" approach to new business development, whilst managing and developing sales plans and key partner relationships effectively.
A self starter with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and organizational skills you will be a robust character able to meet tight deadlines. Also, essential for the role is:
- A recent proven track record of selling lighting solutions, preferably LED-based.
- The ability to successfully manage a sales pipeline
- Sales planning, forecasting and reporting skills
- Key account management experience
- International sales experience
You will be flexible to work and travel as required, therefore you will need a passport and a current full UK driving license.
Salary: OTE circa £80k
