TOGGLED and Philips resolve TLED patent dispute with licensing agreement

TOGGLED, developer and producer of next-generation solid-state lighting technology, reported that Koninklijke Philips N.V. (NYSE: PHG AEX: PHIA) is now a licensee to its patent portfolio of over 60 patents primarily related to LED replacements for fluorescent tubes, commonly referred to as TLEDs. The license agreement resolves all patent litigation between TOGGLED and Philips.
