Hubbell expands linear LED lighting with Columbia Lighting LCR, LCL, and upgraded LCS striplights

Oct. 21, 2014
Greenville, SC – Hubbell Lighting, a world leader in lighting innovation, announced today that Columbia Lighting has added two new LED striplights to its extensive portfolio of energy efficient lighting solutions — the LCR and LCL, and has upgraded the versatile LCS.

Columbia Lighting’s LCR is an industrial LED striplight that features reflectors for narrow distribution making it ideal for efficiently illuminating racks, aisles, narrow stacks, and low bay locations. Available in both 4’ and 8’ lengths, the LCR is offered in four lumen packages ranging from 2,700 to 21,800 with efficacy up to 118 lumens per watt and four color temperatures from 3000K to 5000K. The striplight is constructed for tough conditions with heavy die-formed steel and is delivered fully assembled for quick installation.

The LCL is the energy efficient lensed striplight choice for illuminating back-of-house, stairwells, utility areas, storage or anywhere else that a direct view of the LED source is not desired. Built with a formed acrylic lens to eliminate pixilation and reduce glare, the LCL is available in 4’ and 8’ lengths with lumen packages ranging from 2,500 to 20,1000 and efficacy up to 110 lumens per watt and four color temperatures from 3000K to 5000K.

Built to directly replace 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6-lamp fluorescent strips, the LCS Open striplight has been upgraded to include a 2’ option, making it available in 2’, 4’ and 8’ lengths. With a long life of 50,000 hours at L80 for reduced replacement and maintenance, the LCS is offered in lumen packages ranging from 3,000 to 22,400 with efficacy up to 124 lumens per watt and four color temperatures from 3000K to 5000K.

All three of the LED striplights can be surface mounted or suspended and offer tool-less access to LED boards and driver for future maintenance or upgrades. The luminaires come equipped with a five-year warranty.
