Two brand new logistic centers, one over 340,000 square feet and the other over 120,000 square feet; a number of retrofitting projects for existing logistic centers. Depending on the environment and actual application, we installed a number of different lighting products: LED high bay, LED T8 tubes, LED E27 bulbs and so on.
For the new logistic center built in 2012, we designed and installed LED high bay lights, each at 60W with special lighting distribution to the warehouse applications. Had ChangLian used metal halide lights, they would have installed 250W fixtures with 25W ballast power consumption, totaling at 275W. The savings is a stunning 78%. Based on their operational hours and the power rates, the payback time is less than 6 months.
