LED packaging developer ProLight Opto signs Advanced Power Components as UK and Ireland distributor

A new distribution franchise has been awarded to UK specialist electronic components distributor, Advanced Power Components (APC); by leading LED packaging manufacturer, ProLight Opto Technology Corporation (ProLight). Founded in October 2004, ProLight is a professional manufacturer of LED packaging, dedicated to the research, development and manufacturing of mid-to-high power, high-reliability LED packaging. ProLight has its own exclusive phosphor coating and packaging technology, creating value for customers with best-in-class optics and heat dissipation. Main applications include: stage lighting, indoor and outdoor lighting, commercial lighting, architectural lighting, handheld lights, agricultural and other special purpose lighting. ProLight is a customer driven company providing professional design and manufacturing services that brings the highest standard of quality for tailor-made LED products. ProLight’s vision is to be a world class LED lighting supplier, and contribute to the protection of the earth by developing eco-friendly LED lighting APC will promote ProLight through its technical sales and marketing team, APC Hero, which is a renowned specialist in the Sensors, Wireless, LED’s and Ultracapacitors markets.

APC Hero is ProLight’s first UK distributor, it will focus on selling and supporting ProLight’s portfolio of LED products through a range of dedicated technical initiatives, backed up by full design-in and technical support.
