Eye Vision Technology releases V3 LED ringlight for industrial machine vision

The ring light V3 by EVT is a freely configurable LED illumination source for industrial machine-vision applications with RS-232 connection.

The V3 LED ringlight can display any kind of lighting pattern and can be controlled via a trigger input or optionally via RS-232 interface. Once programmed, patterns - called "frames" - can be saved and the patterns are automatically reloaded after each restart. The LED ringlight is equipped with an RS-232 or TTL UART interface and power supply of +5V or 12-24V. Additionally, the LED ringlight is divided into eight segments each with three LEDs. Each of these segments can be controlled individually and dimmed in its intensity.
