The Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) is ready to help pay your way to attend LED & OLED Expo 2014. KOTRA is offering a tiered incentive program, including airfare and hotel accommodations, for qualified buyers to attend the LED & OLED Expo which will be held June 24-27, 2014 at KINTEX, located outside Seoul, Korea. Now in its 12th year, LED & OLED Expo is expected to draw approximately 350 companies from Asia, Europe and the U.S. offering LED and OLED components, lighting products, signage and displays, manufacturing equipment, and process technology.
KOTRA is offering tiered benefits for representatives large, medium, and small companies.
1. For buyers from companies with annual revenue over $100 million:
- Economy round trip airfare to Korea, KOTRA’s Washington, D.C office will purchase the ticket. (It may be possible for you to choose airline.)
- 2 nights free hotel stay. KOTRA will make the reservation for you.
- Interpreter upon request, June 24 only
- Round trip bus ticket from the airport to your hotel
- Round trip shuttle from your hotel to the Expo, designated hotel only
2. For buyers from companies with annual revenue between $10 million to $100 million
- Half of the cost of an economy round trip airfare to Korea. KOTRA’s Washington, D.C. office will purchase the ticket. (It may be possible for you to choose the airline.)
- 2 nights free hotel stay. KOTRA will make the reservation for you.
- Interpreter upon request, June 24 only
- Round trip bus ticket from the airport to your hotel
- Round trip shuttle from your hotel to the Expo, designated hotel only
3. Buyers from companies with annual revenue less than $10 million
- 2 nights free hotel stay, KOTRA will make the reservation for you

The deadline to apply for the program is April 30, 2014. Applications will be reviewed by KOTRA to confirm that applicant companies are able to demonstrate they meet program requirements. The KOTRA head office will announce the list of approved buyers on the KOTRA website on May 12, 2014. All decisions made by KOTRA are final.
