Danbury Connecticut. La Quinta Inn & Suites in Danbury Connecticut announced today that Xeleum Lighting has been selected to convert its existing fluorescent, halogen and incandescent lighting to LEDs in its 135 room hotel facility.
The retrofit involves over 600 fixture and lamps that are being converted to LEDs in hallways, entry ways, stairwells and public areas including restrooms, gym, laundry room, maintenance room areas and closets. LED product types to be installed include stairwell fixtures, MR16 lamps, recessed fixtures, LED tubes, hallway sconces, plus 1x4, 2x2 and 2x4 Titanium troffers. In most areas the lighting runs 24/7 at full brightness.

We are projecting a positive monthly cash flow even through the finance period and a five year savings of over $308,000. Additional benefits include far better illumination in these public and storage areas as well as not having to worry about changing lamps or lighting fixtures for a very long time.”
