Feb. 18, 2014
Salt Lake City, UT -- Dynotron, Inc., a Salt Lake City based electronic engineering company, expanded its SMT production with the recent acquisition of a Juki JX-100LED. The JX-100LED will be part of Dynotron's lineup of fast high-speed mounters for small components.

The JX-100LED provides the highest in class productivity with component placement speeds up to 15,300 components per hour (CPH) according to the IPC9850 standard, delivering improved and cost-effective assembly of high-volume electronic builds. "I'm very excited to welcome Juki to Team Dynotron. The Juki JX-100LED is highly specialized in placing LED's and can accommodate a board size of 800 x 360 mm," explained James Saffari, President of Dynotron.

Beginning March 01, 2014, the JX-100LED machine will serve a number of jobs that primarily require 0201 components. The Juki JX-100LED LNC60 laser sensor has the unique ability to center components up to 33.5 x 33.5 mm. From ultra-small, ultra-thin, chip-shaped parts to small QFPs, CSPs, BGAs, a wide range of parts can be precisely centered by the laser recognition system at high speed.

"At Dynotron, we pride ourselves in designing and manufacturing reliable, high quality products that are made in the USA. The JX-100LED will allow us to continue building the highest quality LED lighting products in the industry," said James Saffari.
