Date Announced: 14 Nov 2013 Toshiba International Corporation -- Toshiba International Corporation’s LED Lighting division announced today that its TLS-DCA LED downlights and TLS-RTL roadway luminaires have been recognized by Architectural Products' Product Innovation Awards (PIA) for ingenuity in lighting design.The PIA program is the largest, most diverse and esteemed product awards program in the market. It features a NEMA twist-lock photocell system which provides automatic dimming capabilities and reduces energy costs by automatically adjusting light output at dusk and dawn. The RTL luminaires are designed to deliver superior optical performance compared to conventional high-intensity discharge (HID) lighting.The TLS-DCA6 and TLS-DCA8 LED downlights offer a variety of high lumen outputs (2800lm, 5500lm and 8500lm), multiple color temperatures (2700K, 3000K and 4000K) and are dimmable at 0-10v.
