Enfis signs R&D agreement with luminaire designer

Enfis has signed an R&D product integration agreement with Aluci, a luminaire designer and manufacturer.
Enfis, which designs, develops and manufactures intelligent high-power light emitting diode (LED) arrays and smart light engines, has signed an R&D product integration agreement with Aluci, an award winning Belgian architectural and ambiance luminaire designer and manufacturer.

Enfis will supply its UNO RGBA and UNO White light engines to Aluci, for integration into high-end mobile luminaire systems.

Benjamin Vandorpe, managing director of Aluci, said “Enfis’ light engines are an ideal match for our mobile luminaire systems. They have an incredibly long life, require very little power and the colour-changing UNO 50 RGBA devices should enable us to offer our customers a complete range of white light from warm to cold, and full colour-changeability in a single unit.”

Enfis’ LED light engines incorporate full electronic and thermal management controls that enable designers to integrate their units into existing luminaires virtually straight from the box, thereby speeding up time-to-market and reducing associated costs and risks.

Shaun Oxenham, CEO of Enfis, added, “We are pleased to work with Aluci, whose advanced designs and green credentials not only represent a perfect fit for our eco friendly, state-of-the-art light engines, but also demonstrate how existing luminaires can be easily and quickly adapted to work with our LED devices.”

Enfis recently announced several other agreements with distributors and integrators – see Enfis extends distribution network with three new agreements.
