Darewinchip, having obtained the certification of ISO9001: 2000 Quality Assurance System, manufactures LED chips of four-element AlGaInP with the optical spectrum from red, yellow and yellow-green, and InGaN with blue and green, power chips, SMD lead frames and sapphire substrates, which has now been certified as a high- & new-tech enterprise by Jiangsu Science & Technology Department.
