Photonic Lattice, Inc. designs optical instruments incorporating its core technology of polarizing photonic crystal elements and micro-arrays which are fabricated in-house, in state of the art clean room facilities. Currently instruments include an instrument for imaging/measuring 2D optical stress distributions, a polarization imaging camera and an ellipsometer.
