Features of LED-Check: • Designed to check color (hue), brightness (intensity) and saturation of mounted LEDs. • LED-Check provides highest performance with a color CCD camera. It is used where spectral analyzers were necessary before. • It performs the quality check for up to 250 LEDs in less than 1s. • The LEDs can be placed anywhere on the circuit board. • The LED light is guided through fiber optics to a holder on the camera side. • The fibers on the camera side are arranged in a regular grid pattern and are placed close to each other. • The camera takes images of the holder. Each light spot represents one certain LED on the circuit board. The spots appear quite large in the camera image.
