Eschenbach-Optik is a supplier of customized high-precision plastic and silicone lenses for industrial applications based in Germany. The product range covers primary and secondary lenses, light guiding elements, prisms as well as diffractive optics. Within the last 20 years, a sound knowledge in design and production of polymer optics has been developed, leading to unrivaled competency in the production of plastic lenses in all sizes, between 2 and 250 mm diameter, including diffractive optical structures and wet coatings. Thanks to the inhouse diamond turning and milling capabilities, surface roughness in single-nanometer ranges can be achieved, as well as mean surface deviation of about 5 µm in mass production.
