Diemat manufactures high-performance adhesives and sealants for semiconductors, optoelectronics, and photonics. Diemat's conductive adhesives have the highest thermal conductivity in the industry, 60 W/m-K and more, exceeding even gold-tin (AuSn) solder. Diemat also makes sealing glass which seals at low temperatures (as low as 320 C), and is used to hermetically seal optical fibers, windows, and lids to packages.
