Heatron offers a wide range of High Power LED design and development services, technology competencies including optics, thermal management, power sources and drivers, cost effective production and assembly capabilities and in-depth industry and technology expertise.

Using a Thermal Management Technology, featuring their proprietary ELPOR® coating, Heatron can provide custom designed assemblies, utilizing an automated SMT line and hot bar solder capabilities. This would include placement of LEDs and other electronic components. The ELPOR® system offers the unique capability of printing and laser trimming resistors as part of the LED Light Engine. Custom shapes in steel, aluminum, and ceramic substrates are available.
