Century Circuits Inc is a PCB manufacturer of all PCB's including metal core boards. Our primary technology is used for thermal management issues. The process used is a thermally conductive dielectric film that provides 10 times the heat dissipating capacity of your standard FR4 for comparable thickness. We are the only PCB manufacturer in North America that works with this dielectric film that can be used for Single Sided, Double Sided and Multi Layer circuit boards. This material is used primarily for the LED industry (HIGH POWER LED's) but has also been used for automotive exterior lighting, DC-DC power converters and UPS power supplies.
