We are manufacturing very narrow (FWHM < 6nm) Red & Infra-red LEDs (700 - 980 nm, possible of any desired wavelength). These LEDs are being used as Light source for Spectroscopy in the areas of Medical, Agriculture, Food and Environment (Optical spectroscopic sensors).

The advantages to Spectroscopic systems are:
i) System miniaturization (size, cost,..)
ii) More effective and Precise data (FWHM < 6nm) and
iii) Simultaneous emission of almost near wavelengths. We are also manufacturing InGaAs Photodetectors for optical fiber applications.
