Topco Energy Saving System Corp. (TESS) was established in Oct. 2007. At the early stage TESS was devoted to the solar system. The cost of solar energy, however, has been high and difficult to meet the market demands. Later TESS decided to move toward the LED industry. Now the product range includes the LED Light Bulb, Indoor & Outdoor LED Lighting and Solar LED Lamp. In Sep and Oct. 2009 TESS announced the 6W / 7W High Power LED Bulb, featuring strong luminance output, light and small design, and economic price.

TESS R&D team has complete experience in OEM/ODM projects with the famous company, such as SONY, SIEMENS and TOSHIBA, etc. Now there are 10 chief technicians in R&D team. TESS is skilled in the integration of optical, mechanical and electronic design.

TESS received the ISO9001/140001 certification from TUV in 2008. In May 2009, the lab-standard optical test equipments were set up in TESS factory. It takes only two hours to release the specification and report of new product.

For future development, TESS will focus on the energy-saving system. We can make LED product “smart” with automatic control program.
