White-light LED home lighting systems provide great benefits for India's remote tribal villages
White LED lighting fixtures powered by solar panels are having a huge impact on very poor villagers in the remote regions of India.
Solar powered white LEDs
White-light LED technology is being utilized for the first time in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh to provide low-cost, long-lasting, renewable energy home lighting systems for remote tribal and dalit [1] habitations.

Small solar panels, or even manual power, can be used to produce enough energy to keep LED lights burning for hours in rural huts. As well as enabling children to read and study, this will reduce the dependence on kerosene lanterns for lighting.

Good, I am thinking everywhere is required solar power system energy, it should be low cost then everybody will buy this for home purpose. Then pollution al so come down.
